ELMI-ABSU Environmental Law Clinic is the Environmental Law Clinic section of the ABSU Law Clinic of the Clinical Legal Education Programme, Abia State University, Uturu, Abia State, Nigeria. It is a collaborative effort with Environmental Law and Management Initiative, a registered non governmental organisation working in the following areas:

·          increasing public participation (environmental democracy) and the public's access to information in environmental matters,

·          drafting/producing scientific and legislative work, environmental studies,

·          Legal aid, legal advising and court representation in environmental matters,

·          Climate change solutions,

·         capacity buildings,

·          student programs and internships,
